1. Use of Services
By accessing or using Sigma RPA’s services, you agree to comply with these Terms. You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Engage in activities that could harm Sigma RPA, its clients, or the public.

Distribute spam, malware, or harmful code.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our systems or services.
2. User Accounts
If you create an account with Sigma RPA, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, tools, and technologies provided by Sigma RPA are the property of Sigma RPA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of our services without our prior written consent.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or process through our services. By doing so, you grant Sigma RPA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving our services.
5. AI & Automation Disclaimer
Outputs generated by Sigma RPA’s AI or RPA solutions are algorithmic and based on the input provided. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of automated outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them.
6. Payments, Billing & Usage

All fees must be paid using an approved payment method.

Subscription fees, onboarding fees, or project-based charges are due as agreed upon in your service contract.

Usage-based services (e.g., automation tasks, API calls, SMS/email volume) may incur additional charges.

You are responsible for monitoring your usage and associated costs.
7. Cancellations & Data Deletion

You may cancel your subscription at any time through our billing portal or by contacting us.

Upon cancellation, your access will be revoked, and your data may be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Please back up any necessary data before cancellation.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.
8. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are handled at the discretion of Sigma RPA. Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge. Failure to do so waives your right to dispute.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigma RPA, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sigma RPA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business opportunities, or data. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice. Sigma RPA is not responsible for any resulting impact on your business.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use our services to:

Violate laws or regulations

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Distribute spam or harmful code

Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Interfere with the functionality of our services
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario unless both parties agree to arbitration.
